Does testing make the project slower?
The opposite. A week of prototyping and measurement up front kills the surprises that cost months on site, and the redesigns that cost even more after move-in.
Is R&D only for large projects?
No. The loop scales: even a single floor benefits from a pilot zone and one round of measurement before rollout.
What do you measure, and what about privacy?
Occupancy, environmental comfort and usage patterns, aggregated and anonymous. We measure how the space performs, never how individuals behave.
