The questions everyone asks first.
Do we have to take design and construction together?
No. You can start with strategy and design only. Most clients end up keeping one contract for both because it removes handoffs, disputes between designer and contractor, and surprises on site.
How do we know the budget will hold?
Scope, timeline and budget are locked before the site opens, and one project manager is accountable for all three. When something must change, you decide with real numbers, never after the fact.
Can you work while our teams stay in the space?
Yes. We phase the works, schedule the noisy operations around your activity and keep circulations safe, as we did on occupied multi-floor sites.
What does the first step cost?
